The Comandancia de Barcelona
Near the main harbour is the Headquarters of the Third Subinspectorate of the Army (Pyrenean), which are the HQ of the Armed Forces in the Independent Communities of Catalonia, Aragon, Navarre and La Rioja.
Or just call it the Comandancia de Barcelona.
